A: "To clean them, fill the bathtub with a few inches of water. Add a cup of bleach and a squirt of Dawn. Mix it up and soak your blinds. Wash, rinse, and dry!"

Q: "The delivery service is here and where are the parts to my Casella lamps? They are telling me there are no parts to attach the shades!!"

A: "Let me talk to them!"
"Guys please go through all of the packing materials very carefully and call me back!"
